1. Agreement

By accessing spunkeewebs.com or ordering any service from SPUNKEE WEBS (“we”, “us”), you (“the client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SPUNKEE WEBS provides digital marketing services, including SEO, link building, DA/DR/TF improvement support, guest posts, press releases, profile and Web 2.0 links, social, blog comment and forum links, WordPress and Shopify design, AI-assisted video content, and graphic design. Service descriptions on the Website are summaries. The exact scope of each project is confirmed with you before work begins.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed when we agree on the scope, price and timeline with you (for example by WhatsApp or email) and any required payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order if the requirements are unclear, unlawful, unethical or outside our capabilities.

4. Pricing

Prices on the Website marked “Starting at” are minimum starting prices, not fixed quotes. The final price depends on project scope, quantity, complexity, competition and requirements, and is confirmed before work begins. Prices may change over time without affecting confirmed orders.

5. Payments

Payment terms (such as upfront payment, deposits or milestone payments) are confirmed per order. Work normally begins after the agreed payment is received. Late or missed payments may delay or pause work. The client is responsible for any bank, platform, network or currency conversion fees.

We currently accept Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC20), Binance ID transfers and orders placed through Fiverr. Available methods can vary by service and country, and payment details are shared only after an order is confirmed. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible, so please double-check all details before sending. Orders placed through Fiverr are also subject to Fiverr’s own terms.

6. Project Requirements

To deliver properly, we may need information, access and materials from you, such as website access, brand assets, content, product details or approvals. Delays in providing these may delay the project timeline.

7. SEO Services and Timelines

SEO is an ongoing process, and results take time. Any timelines we share are estimates, not guarantees. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads or sales, because search engines control their own algorithms, which change frequently, and results depend on factors outside our control, including your website, industry and competition.

8. Third-Party Metrics (DA, DR, TF, CF)

Domain Authority (DA), Domain Rating (DR), Trust Flow (TF), Citation Flow (CF) and similar scores are calculated by third-party companies (for example Moz, Ahrefs and Majestic) using their own methods, which may change. We do not control these tools. We do not guarantee specific scores, and these metrics are not direct Google ranking factors.

9. Backlink and Link Building Services

We build links using strategies we consider appropriate for the campaign. Link availability, placement and indexing are affected by third-party websites and search engines, so we cannot guarantee that every link will be indexed or remain live permanently. Where practical, we will work to address links that are removed shortly after delivery, as agreed in your order. The client confirms that the website being promoted does not contain unlawful, deceptive or prohibited content.

10. Website Design Services

Website and store design is based on the agreed scope, pages and features. The client is responsible for providing content, images and approvals, and for ensuring they have the rights to use materials they supply. Hosting, domain, premium themes, plugins and apps are separate costs unless included in writing. After delivery, ongoing maintenance and updates are not included unless agreed.

11. AI-Generated Content

Some services (such as videos) use AI-assisted tools. AI-generated content may vary in style and can contain imperfections, and results depend on your brief, assets and approved scripts. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication, and for ensuring it is used lawfully and in line with the rules of the platforms where it is published.

12. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, respond promptly to requests, supply content they have the right to use, comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules, and not use our services for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes.

13. Revisions

Each service includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed for that order. Requests beyond the original scope or after final approval may incur additional charges. Please give clear, consolidated feedback to keep projects on schedule.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our services involve time, labor and third-party costs, refunds are handled case by case:

• If you cancel before work starts, you may be eligible for a refund, less any payment processing fees.
• Once work has started, completed work and costs already incurred are non-refundable, and any unused portion may be refunded at our discretion.
• Delivered services (for example, published links, finished designs or videos) are generally non-refundable.
• Dissatisfaction with results that are outside our control, such as ranking or metric changes, is not a basis for a refund.

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us first and we will work to resolve it fairly.

15. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, the client receives usage rights to the final deliverables created specifically for them, subject to third-party licenses (for example stock assets, fonts, themes or AI tool terms). We retain ownership of our methods, processes, templates and tools. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

16. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may depend on third-party platforms (search engines, WordPress, Shopify, social networks, hosting and AI tools). These platforms are outside our control, and their rules, features, pricing or availability may change. We are not responsible for changes or outages on third-party platforms.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPUNKEE WEBS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, traffic, data, rankings or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or Website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

18. No Guaranteed Search Rankings

SPUNKEE WEBS does not guarantee first-page rankings, any specific position, traffic volume, lead volume or revenue. All SEO work is provided on a best-effort basis using professional practices.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Orders already confirmed remain subject to the terms in force when they were placed, unless both parties agree otherwise.
